Recently writer-director Rob Zombie finally confirmed recent rumors that he was taking the helm of a new The Munsters movie for Peacock. And that got us thinking? Who should play the new family?
Check out our picks below!
Maybe they will go with a bigger name for Herman Munster. But remember this might a harder role to cast considering it will probably involve being buried under a good amount of prosthetics. Jeff Daniel Phillips seems like the best choice here.
I mean all the other roles are kinda up in the air. But this one is a lock. Right? Right.
I think this casting choice is kind of a lock as well. I mean how can you get better than Malcolm McDowell? No, really, I’m asking.
I don’t know if this is the route that Zombie will take when it comes to recasting the role of Marilyn Munster. But, my God, how good would Scout Taylor-Compton be in the role?
Christopher Convery is best known for his role in the recent horror sequel, Brahms: The Boy II. He seems like a good match for the role of Eddie Munster.

For the record, the original Munsters line-up went like this: Fred Gwynne as Herman Munster, Yvonne De Carlo as Lily Munster, Al Lewis as Grandpa, Pat Priest & Beverley Owen as Marilyn Munster, and Butch Patrick as Eddie Munster.
What do you think? Who would you cast in Rob Zombie’s The Munsters?
