Ever wonder what would happen if one of the most terrifying films ever made had been released as a television sitcom? Hey, we’ve seen crazier ideas work, and believe us; when you see this, you will laugh. Let’s just hope this doesn’t give the powers-that-be any ideas!

The wonderfully psychotic folks over at Film School Rejects have just released one of the most bizarre things we’ve seen in a long time, The Exorcist as an Eighties sitcom! According to the site: After all, The Exorcist is basically like “Small Wonder” with a Satan-infused child instead of a robot to begin with. Who knew that all that was missing from William Friedkin‘s horror classic was a laugh track?
