Word has come that Pascal Laugier’s latest horror flick, The Tall Man, will be making its way to both Blu-ray and DVD on September 25th via Image Entertainment. No special features or artwork has been released as of yet, but stay tuned.
The Tall Man is written and directed by Pascal Laugier and produced by Clément Miserez (Radar Films) and Kevin DeWalt (Mind’s Eye Entertainment) along with Jean-Charles Levy (Forecast Pictures) and Scott Kennedy (Highwire Pictures). Jessica Biel (New Years Eve, The A-Team), Jodelle Ferland (The Cabin in the Woods, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse), Stephen McHattie (Immortals, 2012), William B. Davis (“The X-Files,” Passengers), Samantha Ferris (Along Came a Spider), and Katherine Ramdeen (The World, The Flesh & The Devil) star.
Look for The Tall Man in theatres beginning August 31st.
Synopsis
In an isolated, slowly dying mining town, children are vanishing without a trace – abducted, the townsfolk whisper, by a mysterious entity known locally as “The Tall Man.” Town nurse Julia Denning (Jessica Biel) seems skeptical…until her young son, David, disappears in the middle of night. Frantic to rescue the boy, Julia lives every parent’s darkest nightmare in this twisting, shock-around-each-corner thriller.
