NBC Orders a Revolution

Let’s see… J.J. Abrams? Check! Eric Kripke? Check! Great cast including Billy Burke? Check! Is there any reason why NBC wouldn’t pick up the pilot “Revolution?” No!

According to Variety the network has made its first fresh drama series order with “Revolution,” an actioner from J.J. Abrams and Eric Kripke set in a post-apocalyptic America where every bit of technology and electronics has blacked out. The pilot will be directed by Jon Favreau and stars Billy Burke, David Lyons, Giancarlo Esposito and Tim Guinee.
