Fox Teases Apes Sequel at CinemaCon

We’re still pretty shocked that Rise of the Planet of the Apes turned out as well as it did. It actually left many fans starving for a sequel. Today during Fox’s presentation at CinemaCon the chatter of a possible Part 2 continued.

At the event they showed off an impressive slate including Prometheus and Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter. The Apes sequel was mentioned as part of a list of projects that Fox plans to start production on by the end of the year.

Not a lot to go on for sure, but at least we now know that they’re serious about it. Stay tuned for more as it develops.
