According to Variety, Alcon Entertainment is heading to high school, tapping Brian Dannelly to direct Suckers from Adrian Vina’s script.

Alcon toppers Andrew Kosove and Broderick Johnson are producing. The story centers on a high schooler who tries to become popular when he moves to a new school by telling everyone he’s a vampire. But he runs into trouble when he’s accused of a murder.
