With a career spanning five decades, Lance Henriksen is not a young man. But it’s apparent from the trailer for It’s in the Blood no one has told him this. Henriksen leaves everything in the woods for the high intensity film in which he battles his son, the elements and horrific creatures.
Starring with Henriksen are Sean Elliot and Rose Sirna. Scooter Downey makes his feature directorial debut with the film. It’s in the Blood is scheduled to be released later this year. About It’s in the Blood
It’s in the Blood is an altogether new cinematic movement. At its core a father/son story, the film is a deconstruction of the prototypical ‘creature feature’, incorporating elements of mystical realism and psychological thriller. We call it a ‘Psyche-Saga’.
