Evil dolls will be coming to take over this summer! In addition to Child’s Play arriving on June 21st and Annabelle Comes Home coming down the pike on June 28th, we’ve got The Boy 2 haunting US theaters begining July 26th.
Today, Birth.Movies.Death journalist Scott Wampler revealed some juicy details out of CinemaCon, where the trailer for The Boy 2 just premiered. Via Twitter, Wampler reports that the official title of the film is Brahms: The Boy II and that the plot revolves around the fiend from the original Boy recruiting a young protoge.
We still don’t have an official synopsis, poster, or trailer for Brahms, but with today’s reveals, it shouldn’t be too much longer before all are made available to the masses. Stay tuned and check back often for all Boy-related news as details emerge.
Brahms: The Boy II reunites the original’s director and writer, William Brent Bell and Stacey Menear respectively. The film stars Katie Holmes, Ralph Ineson, and Owain Yeoman.
