Leon Kennedy Shoots His Way into Resident Evil: Retribution

Another day, another Resident Evil: Retribution tidbit for you guys to chew on straight from (who else?) Milla Jovovich on Twitter. The cool thing about today’s casting news? It just seems perfect.

Jovovich announced today that Johann Urb (pictured below) will play Resident Evil 4 hero Leon S. Kennedy! “Looks just like him BTW!!” she writes. Yep. It’s kind of uncanny.

Written and directed by Paul Anderson, Resident Evil: Retribution stars Milla Jovovich, Boris Kodjoe, Shawn Roberts, Michelle Rodriguez, Sienna Guillory, and Colin Salmon.

Expect lots of bullets and Matrix-style slow motion. Look for Resident Evil: Retribution in theatres on September 14, 2012 from Screen Gems.
