Curfew hails from the Sky Atlantic network and production company Tiger Aspect Productions. McCarthy serves as executive producer along with Will Gould, Matthew Read, and Frith Tiplady (all of whom worked together on Peaky Blinders). McCarthy (The Girl With All the Gifts) and Christopher Smith (Severance, Black Death) share directorial duties.
Biehn will portray “Roadkill Jim,” a grizzled racer who looks about as tough as they come. His co-stars include Andi Osho, Elijah Rowen, and Rose Williams. Curfew is described as “a fast and furious roller coaster of a series – exciting, funny, and touching with vividly well-drawn characters.”
The series is expected to air in the UK in early 2019; stay tuned for updates as they come!
