Now you can toss them all in the trash because a 4K Remaster of the ultimate killer bear flick is coming to Blu-ray.
Girdler’s 1976 “Jaws in the woods” thriller Grizzly stars Christopher George, Andrew Prine, and Richard Jaeckel battling a humongous hungry grizzly bear.
Synopsis:
A fifteen-foot grizzly bear figures out that humans make for a tasty treat. As a park ranger tries rallying his men to bring about the bear’s capture or destruction, his efforts are thwarted by the introduction of dozens of drunken hunters into the area.
Scorpion Releasing has announced plans to unleash a 4K Remaster Blu-ray of Grizzly for the summer of 2018. The 4K Remaster will be struck from an interpositive, with over 50 hours of extensive color correction completed exclusively for this release. In addition, the disc will include a new commentary track with film historian Lee Gambin.

Scorpion’s 4K Grizzly Blu-ray will be limited to only 1,500 copies and available exclusively via the online retailer Ronin Flix.
Synopsis:
Professor Peter Proud (Michael Sarrazin) keeps having a nightmare in which he watches a mysterious woman in a rowboat commit murder. He tries his college’s dream lab for help, but the real breakthrough comes when he recognizes locations from his dream in a documentary about Massachusetts. He travels there and meets Marcia (Margot Kidder), the woman from his dream, and her daughter, Ann (Jennifer O’Neill), with whom he falls in love. Could he be the reincarnation of Marcia’s dead husband?
