New Teaser for A Quiet Place Says a Lot While Saying Very Little

A new teaser for the upcoming post-apocalyptic horror/thriller A Quiet Place has been released ahead of its TV presentation during tonight’s Superbowl and it gets a lot across without saying very much at all. In the teaser, we see brief glimpses on the events that led to us watching the John Krasinski/Emily Blunt family who must survive in a world that requires total silence. If any noise is issued, there is a chance that some as-yet-unknown creature will begin its hunt, not stopping until it has something within its grasp.

The film will be the opening night entry at this year’s SXSW festival in Austin, TX. It will then open wide on April 6.

Krasinski directs from a script originally written by Bryan Woods and Scott Beck (Krasinski rewrote it prior to directing). Blunt and Krasinski star alongside Noah Jupe and Millicent Simmonds.
