Doomsday Is Now!

British horror is making a comeback here in the US. Over the past few years we’ve seen some great films from the UK (surprisingly … considering the state of Hollywood) getting wide releases in theaters nationwide. Even more refreshing is that some studios are actually making an effort to promote the films (“4 Till Doomsday” – July 26th, 2007).

24 Frames Per Second got the first word that Neil Marshall’s new film Doomsday has just launched its official site. There’s nothing too big going on over there. The media is limited to an image slideshow that acts as a sort of magazine clipping. There’s a decent bit of information about Neil and the film but no trailers or clips so far, but seeing that Rogue Pictures is behind this movie in a big way is a sure sign that the site will evolve much as Doomsday approaches.
