Denver avant-garde band Itchy-O have announced that they will be releasing their new album From the Overflowing in August, which will come after an album release party at the Gothic Theater in Englewood, Colorado! That event will take place Saturday, August 26th (details below), and will be followed by tour dates in September and October, including a performance at this year’s Fantastic Fest!
If you haven’t heard of Itchy-O, get this: they’re a 50-member band. Yes, you read that correctly! To get a taste of what they’re like, just watch the video below and you’ll see what it’s like. Blending together electronica with vast amounts of percussion, an Itchy-O performance is more of an experience than a concert. Be sure to wear earplugs and drink lots of water because once they start playing, you won’t stop moving!
