Scott Beck and Bryan Woods Set For One Wicked Haunt

Sierra/Affinity has locked down Scott Beck and Bryan Woods to write and direct the Halloween-themed horror film Haunt, which will focus on a haunted house experience that becomes all too real, according to Deadline.

Per the site, Todd Garner in producing via his Broken Road along with Eli Roth and Nickel City’s Mark Fasano, Ankur Rungta, and Vishal Rungta. Sierra/Affinity’s Marc Schaberg and Josie Liang, Broken Road’s Jeremy Stein, and Nickel City’s Tobias Weymar are executive producers.

Beck and Woods were previously attached to A Quiet Place, which is now being rewritten by John Krasinski.

Synopsis:
On Halloween a group of friends encounter an “extreme” haunted house that promises to feed on their darkest fears. The night turns deadly as they come to the horrifying realization that some nightmares are real.
