Since we pretty much discovered the phenom that is Paranormal Activity years before its release and pop culture explosion, indie filmmakers have been sending us their cinéma-vérité style horror flicks ever since. Literally we’re inundated with them. Sadly most suck but every now and again one catches our eyes and blows our minds.
Evidence is just such a film. In fact, the last act of Evidence is home to some of the most “Holy shit, what the fuck was that?” filmmaking that we’ve seen in quite some time. We’re talking the type of truly intense lunacy that will stick with you long after the film’s end. You guys really need to keep an eye on this one!
Evidence follows four young adults (Ryan McCoy, Brett Rosenberg, Abigail Richie, Ashley Bracken) that go camping in the canyons around LA and one of them is filming a documentary on his friend. But soon they discover they are being terrorized by a mysterious figure.
