Our man on the scene at the SXSW Film Festival, Drew Tinnin, is back with another review – this one for the devilish tale of hitmen who end up on a downward spiral straight to hell, Kill List.

The film stars Neil Maskell, Michael Smiley, and MyAnna Buring. Kill List is part of SXFantastic, five mind-bending entries screening at midnight during SXSW that were hand-selected by our friends at Fantastic Fest. There’s just one Kill List screening left – Thursday, March 17 @ 11:59PM – Alamo Lamar A.

Synopsis
Beginning eight months after a disastrous job in Kiev left him physically and mentally scarred, ex-soldier turned contract killer Jay is pressured by his partner, Gal, into taking a tough new assignment. As they descend into the dark, disturbing world of the contract, Jay begins to unravel once again – his fear and paranoia sending him deep into the heart of darkness.
