Mad Scientist out to Correct the Errors of the Human Body

Just like monsters flicks, we really need some new cinematic yarns concerning mad scientists! These lovable loonies rock and have the ability to concoct all manner of delicious horrors! Case in point …

According to Screen Daily veteran British comedian Rik Mayall has joined Eron Sheean’s psychological thriller Errors of the Human Body, which has just begun shooting in Dresden.

The film tells the story of a scientist with a tragic past who works on a human regeneration project in the hopes of finding redemption.

The cast includes Michael Eklund, Germany’s Karoline Herfurth, and Tomas Lemarquis. Sheean makes his feature directorial debut from a script he co-wrote with former Edinburgh Film Festival director Shane Danielsen. Sheean also co-wrote Xavier Gens’ upcoming SXSW world premiere The Divide.
