Our main complaint about Season 3 of HBO’s “True Blood” was that there were too many extraneous characters. However, no one could accuse Russell Edgington, the Vampire King of Mississippi, of being extraneous in the least. So we’ve been curious if Denis O’Hare would be reprising the role in Season 4. It seems the answer is a definite maybe.
What would the storyline be?
“Someone discussed a possible idea with me, which, of course, I can’t tell you,” O’Hare said. “But it’s a very cool idea. It’s not far-fetched, but it’s not something that you would see coming.”
Expect the “True Blood” news to start flowing a bit more heavily over the coming weeks as filming is currently under way for Season 4, which is scheduled to debut in the summer of 2011. For more visit HBO’s official “True Blood” site.
