Bloody Disgusting reports that “Fringe” and “Terra Nova” director Alex Graves will be handling the directorial reigns for “Poe” for its first episode.
Penned by Chris Hollier for Warner Bros. TV and Lin Pictures, “Poe” is a new crime procedural TV series that will follow Edgar Allan Poe, the world’s very first detective, as he uses unconventional methods to investigate dark mysteries in 1840s Boston. It’s described as Sherlock Holmes with a hint of “X-Files” and “Moonlighting”. Shooting begins March 14 in Toronto.
