New Jaws Stuff Bites Your Wallet

In the latest mailer from our friends at Bigbadtoystore.com, you’ll find a slew of new Jaws items up for pre-order. Included are…

“Attack Shark” figure – with a brass plate reading “shark attack”, this diorama captures the moment when Jaws pops out of the water for his final run. The shark measures 4 ¾” high and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. Limited to 1,975 pieces (the year of the film’s release. Clever!)

Seven Tooth Display – Resin teeth cast from the original mold created for “Bruce” the mechanical shark. The frame measures 20 ¾” x 9 ¾” x 1 ½” and includes a Certificate of Authenticity signed by Joe Alves and Roy Arbogast.

Jaws Shark figure – 14 inches from head to tail on a rod into a base. Brass plate on the base reads “We are working on it!” Base measures 18 ½” x 5 ½” and includes a Certificate of Authenticity signed by Joe Alves.

Jaws Storyboard – 399 pieces and measuring 8 ½” x 11″, this storyboard replica comes individually signed and numbered by Joe Alves. Each piece has a shark sketch hand-drawn by production designer Joe Alves.

Each piece runs into triple digits, ranging from a “low end” $180 to $380 bucks! Makes that Sideshow maquette look cheap now, doesn’t it? All products are put out by a company called Delmac, which is new to me, so I can’t speak on quality. We’ll let the pics speak for themselves.
