Sad, sad news is coming in for fans hoping for a third Hellboy movie. Director Guillermo del Toro took to Twitter to make the announcement that a new flick featuring big red just isn’t in the cards.
“Hellboy 3 Sorry to report: Spoke [with] all parties. Must report that 100% the sequel will not happen. And that is to be the final thing about it.”
At the end of the day, I guess it’s better to have a definitive “No” than it is to just keep on hoping. We’ll miss you, Hellboy. Rest easy.
