Variety is reporting that Jeffrey Erb and Joe Nicolo have formed a new indie shingle called Feverpitch with plans to produce two to four films a year with budgets in the low millions. Tomaselli’s The Ocean will be one of the first to film under the banner, with a shoot start sometime this summer.
The Ocean is the story of a psychic who travels to Puerto Rico to be with her estranged family. Not sure where the horror comes in to play, but I bet it has something to do with water … Look for more Ocean news as production gets underway!
