It’s been a while since last there was anything to report regarding The Last Voyage of the Demeter, a new spin on what happened during Count Dracula’s trip from Transylvania to London. But lo and behold some casting news has hit online!
According to The LA Times The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo‘s Noomi Rapace (also in talks for the Alien prequel) will be starring alongside Ben Kingsley in the toothy flick which has been in development since around 2005.
The script, written by Season of the Witch‘s Bragi Schut over a decade ago, places the ship’s voyage center stage in a tale that (much like the original Alien) will illustrate for viewers what happens when a not-so-human passenger slaughters its transporters one-by-one.
