DVD Artwork for Dario Argento’s Much Maligned Giallo

In Blockbusters throughout the country right now, you’ll find the latest film from Dario Argento, Giallo, kicking around on rental shelves; but in just a couple of weeks it will be available for purchase and you’ll be able to decide for yourselves if it’s as bad as everyone says it is.

Though met with a lukewarm reception from the majority of the usual fanbase, you can never count old Dario out so we’re sure Giallo will find its audience upon its arrival here Stateside. Look for the film to be arriving on DVD October 19th from Maya Home Entertainment. No special features or art has surfaced yet, but we’ll keep our eyes open.

Synopsis:
When American model Celine is kidnapped off the streets during fashion week in Milan and put through a series of terrifying, humiliating and painful ordeals, her sister Linda desperately recruits Inspector Enzo Lavia to find Celine before she suffers the same awful fate as the other beautiful victims…
