Blurry or not, you can’t deny that the amount of behind-the-scenes photos emerging from the set of Scream 4 (or should we say Scre4m?) has been beyond bountiful. And today we have even more, including our first good look at David Arquette as Sheriff Dewey Riley and Mary McDonnell as Kate Kessler (mom to Emma Roberts’ Jill).
Per usual, the goods come from Bananadoc’s Michigan Movies and More, who has been a fixture on the set since filming began but recently wrote that “the security guards have stopped wandering the set, and now they are standing like sentries and moving very fast when they see anyone brandishing a camera.” Are the good times coming to an end? That’s anyone’s guess, but in the meantime check out a few pics below and hit up the link for lots more.

Scream 4 Synopsis
The horror series that reignited the genre and grossed more than $500 million worldwide is back! From Kevin Williamson, creator of the original Scream trilogy, the new film sees the return of cast members Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, and David Arquette along with a group of new stars, who can all hopefully stay alive long enough to figure out the new rules to this one-of-a-kind horror franchise!
In addition, to clear up a little confusion, we’ve updated our previous story about Matthew Lillard‘s visit to the set with confirmation (from Lillard himself via Twitter) that no, he is NOT appearing in the film.
