Well, that didn’t take long. After learning yesterday that the Spierig brothers (Michael and Peter; Daybreakers, Predestination) will be helming the new Saw film, tentatively titled Saw: Legacy, today comes word regarding Lionsgate’s release plans for it!
Per Deadline, you can – surprise, surprise! – expect to see Saw: Legacy beginning October 27, 2017… just in time for Halloween!
The new installment will go into production in Toronto on September 12 and film until October 21. Mark Burg and Oren Koules will produce, with Peter Block and Dan Heffner exec producing.
