The next Dark Castle production, The Factory, starring John Cusack as a cop who goes all out to get the killer of his daughter, has been completely removed from their plans altogether.
Taking its place will be The Rite, which is now arriving in theaters January 28, 2011. Starring Anthony Hopkins and based upon a book by Matt Baglio, which of course was based on “true events”, The Rite centers on a disillusioned American seminary student who attends exorcism school at the Vatican and ultimately finds his faith through encounters with demonic forces.
And finally, Jaume Collet-Serra’s new thriller, Unknown White Male, starring Frank Langella, Liam Neeson, January Jones, and Diane Krugerto, is now set to hit cinemas on January 7th, 2011. In it Neeson plays a man who awakens from a coma to find somebody else has assumed his identity. Langella plays Cole, who comes forward as the former coma patient’s colleague and gets involved as he tries to reclaim his identity.
