Some release dates have obviously been shifted today as per the headline, and we’ve got the skinny on when you can see what. First up, Sony Pictures announced that Hotel Transylvania, which was originally slated for release in February of 2012, will now hit theatres on September 21, 2012. The 3D flick directed by Jill Culton is a Romeo and Juliet type tale that focuses on Simon Van Helsing — the youngest in a long line of monster hunters — as he falls in love with Dracula’s daughter. Upon the discovery that they are enemies, the couple attempt to bring peace between the monsters and humans.
Also sporting a new release date is Clint Eastwood’s thriller Hereafter, which will now be arriving in theatres on October 22nd, 2010 from Warner Bros. We’ll let you know if anything else changes, but for now back to the singing ….
