Digging For Ghoulde

We got an e-mail today from director Lola Wallace informing us about her newest feature, Ghoulde Creek, which was co-written by Lola and Tom Devlin. The talented duo will also be getting some help from a few familiar names like Ward Roberts, Caleb Emerson, and David Reynolds from Hills 2 and House of 1000 Corpses.

In Lola’s own words: “Ghoulde Creek is a horror film made for the fans, by the fans. It’s about five friends who are driving to the biggest horror convention on Earth, but get distracted at a gold panning tourist trap in the California mountains. They are lured there by a grisly old timer known as Pickaxe Pete who warns them: Don’t let the GREED get inside you! Of course our team of horror kids ignore the warning and find themselves trapped in a downward spiral of greed, jealousy, and slaughter!

Hopefully they were heading to Fear Fest. We’ll be finding out more soon since all that is pending is distribution on Ghoulde Creek, but look for it around the summer of 2007. In the meantime head over to Ghoulde Creek’s MySpace and make a few friend or two.
