The Funhouse Massacre Trailer Proves That Psychos Have All the Fun

The new trailer for director Andy Palmer’s horror/comedy The Funhouse Massacre has arrived, and the flick looks like a metric ton of Halloween-oriented fun. Instead of taking the concept and attempting to do something dead serious with it, Palmer and writers Ben Begley and Renee Dorian have seemingly put together a blood-soaked flick that injects a little humor into the mayhem. The trailer’s a riot, so here’s hoping it’s an accurate reflection of the finished product.

The official synopsis sets up the story perfectly:

Six of the world’s scariest psychopaths escape from a local Asylum and proceed to unleash terror on the unsuspecting crowd of a Halloween Funhouse whose themed mazes are inspired by their various reigns of terror.

The Funhouse Massacre features a handful of utterly fantastic character actors, including Jere Burns, Clint Howard, Courtney Gains, and Freddy Krueger himself, Robert Englund. Sounds like an insanely good time to me. When you’re ready, you can have some fun with the trailer below. The movie is presently scheduled to hit select AMC theaters on November 13.
