The new Attack on Titan game from Koei bears a strikingly strong resemblance to the anime, if the footage from the Tokyo Game Show is anything to go by. It has protagonist Eren swinging from buildings Spider-Man style and going into battle against the Titans.
The game will also allow you to relive all the classic moments from the anime, and while I would have preferred an original story, at least you won’t be able to argue that it’s being unfaithful to its source material.
As the films were both disappointing, the game could be the saving grace that fans have been waiting for and will be released next year.
