“I definitely think Bella grows up lightyears in this one,” explains Stewart. “There’s something to be said about how she carried herself in the first film as she gets herself into a world she knows nothing about. For New Moon, she has to trust her gut feelings a lot and really starts to know herself better.”
“To commit to someone like Bella has is huge, and now she’s definitely not some impulsive kid anymore,” Stewart added.
Stewart also talked about working with a new director for the second Twilight installment.
“Every director is different, just like human beings. As a director, Chris (Weitz)gave us the time to let us get through the dark things we needed to for this film. I feel that he would have done anything for us,” Stewart said.
