Along with the recently released international sneak peek, a new poster for The 5th Wave has debuted. The film follows Cassie (Chloe Grace Moretz) as she tries to protect her brother after aliens attack the Earth. Like the poster says, “Protect Your Own.”
Directed by The Disappearance of Alice Creed‘s J. Blakeson, the film stars Chloe Grace Moretz, Liev Schreiber, Alex Roe, and Nick Robinson and will open in wide release on January 15, 2016.
Synopsis:
In the new film The 5th Wave, four waves of increasingly deadly attacks have left most of Earth decimated. Against a backdrop of fear and distrust, 16-year-old Cassie (Moretz) is on the run, desperately trying to save her younger brother. As she prepares for the inevitable and lethal fifth wave, Cassie teams up with a young man who may become her final hope – if she can only trust him.
