If you’re not familiar with the storyline of the series, read no further as spoilers follow for both Breaking Dawn and New Moon.
Reviews were mixed on Breaking Dawn, which centers on Bella and Edward’s marriage and her subsequent pregnancy; however, Morgan loved it (see her review here). It’s divided into three separate “books”, the middle of which is told from Jacob’s perspective.
But back to Pattinson. On Friday he’ll begin shooting the final four days of New Moon and then heads back to Vancouver in October to finish up Twilight: Eclipse, the third installment. He told THR that the script adaptation for New Moon beefs up his character’s role considerably — in the book, Edward is a “a voice in Bella’s head.” Said Pattinson, laughing: “You’re playing a figment in Bella’s imagination so I was trying to do it in a 2-D way. I hope it doesn’t translate onscreen as being boring.”
Something tells me none of his target audience could ever find him boring.
