Sideshow has unveiled two badass collectibles heading our way in summer 2014 from the Predator 2 universe: a Life-Size Mask Prop Replica and a Maquette that stands 28-1/2″ tall.
Predator 2 Mask Product Description:
Sideshow Collectibles is proud to present one of the Yautja’s most versatile tools, the Predator 2 Life-Size Mask Prop Replica.
With capabilities ranging from multi-spectrum tracking and stealth cloaking to voice mimicry, the advanced technology of the Predator’s Bio-Mask helps them hunt efficiently and capture their prized prey. This expertly crafted reproduction has been individually hand-painted and features a brilliant LED light-up red tri-laser target designator. Artfully displayed upon a Smart-Disc weapon base, the Predator 2 Life-Size Mask Prop Replica is the perfect trophy for any Predator legacy display.
Please note: Not intended as a costume piece. Masks are to be worn by PREDATORS, not people.

“Hunting season opens again…”
Joining Sideshow’s tremendously popular line of Predator film collectibles is the Predator 2 Maquette, commemorating the return of the dreaded hunter in the 1990 sequel of the same name. In town with a few days to kill, the ‘City Hunter’ has chosen a new location to stalk his prey amidst the sweltering concrete jungle of Los Angeles.
The sequel film introduced fans to a more colorful Predator for the urban setting, and Sideshow’s artisans have faithfully hand-painted the vibrant complex skin patterns of the ruthless hunter with unrivaled authenticity. Fitted with tribal garb and gear comprised of gladiator-like armor, fabric netted body suit, and backpack with medi-kit, the vicious warrior wields his sophisticated yet brutal weapons of choice, including leg cartridge net launcher, razor-sharp wrist gauntlets, and customary plasma cannon.
Standing over 28 inches tall, in roughly 1:4 scale, the Predator 2 maquette captures every aspect of the cinema icon in a truly unique and customizable display, featuring interchangeable masked and unmasked portraits and a swap-out accessory hand with combi-stick spear.
Sideshow Exclusive Edition:
Honoring the multitude of new hunting implements popularized in the sequel film, the Exclusive Edition of the Predator 2 Maquette includes two additional swap-out accessory hands: One grasps the deadly Smart-Disc projectile weapon, and the second holds a breathing mask apparatus the hunter is seen using after losing his primary bio-mask.
