See a Pair of Making-of Videos from New Zombie Shooter Chasing Dead

It’s kind of ironic that a zombie game is being released for the Wii U at this point in its lifespan, as the console is now basically a slowly lumbering corpse desperately awaiting the day that someone finally puts a bullet in its head. I love Nintendo and I wish them all the best with the NX, but they screwed up big time with the Wii U.
But anyway, if you’re one of the few people to own one, then the new zombie game Chasing Dead (official website), which we last reported on a few months ago, has just been released and is definitely worth a purchase. It’s one of the few third-party games released on the system these days that is.
The developers have also released two making-of videos to coincide with the game’s launch, one featuring cast interviews and the other featuring interviews with the team. Have a look at both of them below.
And if, like most of us, you don’t own a Wii U, then it’s also available on Steam.
Synopsis:
Chasing Dead is a horror and sci-fi themed action shooter in which you play as a cyborg mercenary named Jake who finds himself in a post-apocalyptic version of Earth that suddenly appears in our skies where everyone has been turned into mutants and zombies.
Your main objective is to collect any pieces of research left behind by scientists and agents who investigated this alternate world. You will venture through many locations around the world as you collect weapons from rifles, shotguns, and rocket launchers to knives, hammers, and chainsaws to decapitate zombies, slay mutants, and engage in intense firefights against insane soldiers.
You’ll drive tanks and jeeps through the snowy tundras of Russia and the hot deserts of Afghanistan while dodging mines and rockets. You will also explore haunted buildings and an abandoned mine as you search for the truth of this world’s demise.
