Attendees at Comic-Con International 2014 will have the opportunity to appear in one of the horror genre’s highly anticipated upcoming feature films: Savage Sistas.
Written and directed by Dan Smith, the thriller follows the journey of a group of L.A. homegirls who set out on the highway for a weekend in Sin City. The quartet — portrayed by Erica Renee Davis, Denee Busby, Ladae Bond and Amazon Beard – have no idea they’re on a road-trip straight to hell. After an unmapped shortcut finds them on a lost highway and out of gas, their only chance for a way out means dealing with a family of locals – bloodthirsty psychopaths who make a sustainable living from trapping unwary travelers.
It’s Homegirls vs. Hillbillies! One of the film’s stars, veteran character actor Jasper Cole (The Purge: Anarchy; MacGruber), will be appearing and signing autographs at Comic-Con International 2014, and all attendees who visit during the signing will be entered into a drawing for a chance to appear as a victim in Savage Sistas. Attendees are encouraged to engage the film and Jasper’s social media accounts for additional submissions into the drawing.
