Are you ready to show off some vintage-inspired Munsters goods this summer? Today Rob Zombie shared Local Boogeyman’s official t-shirt design inspired by The Munsters. The killer t-shirt is now available for pre-order, but hurry, because it’s a very limited run.
The new shirt, pictured below, features Herman, Lily and Grandpa chilling casually around their electric chair. The design features Rob Zombie’s cast in black and white, maintaining a spookily accurate feel to the original CBS 1964 sitcom. It’s cool, vintage, and simple. A perfect combo for a summer tee.
The director behind the forthcoming adaptation shared the black and white design via his Instagram today, with the status “Oh goodie! Available for pre-sale! Very limited amount of this groovy new MUNSTERS shirt!” Sounds like this accessory has the Zombie stamp of approval.

The cast of Rob Zombie’s reboot includes Sherri Moon Zombie as Lily Munster, Jeff Daniel Philips as Herman Munster, and Daniel Roebuck as Grandpa Munster. Subsequently, the original cast of The Munsters featured Fred Gwynne, Yvonne de Carlo, Beverly Owen, Butch Patrick, and Al Lewis as Grandpa Munster. Together, the group played the average nuclear American family. But with a twist—they were a clan of monsters!
