Fans of the survival horror genre will want to mark their calendars for Jordan Noel‘s THIS WORLD ALONE.

The film will be hitting streaming services on May 18th and was written by frequent collaborator Hudson Phillips. Starring Belle Adams (Bless This Mess), Lau’rie Roach, Carrie Walrond Hood (Teenage Bounty Hunters), Sophie Edwards, Brandon O’Dell.

Filmed entirely on location in Georgia THIS WORLD ALONE is set in a world without power and technology. Featuring some amazingly beautiful backdrops the film promises to take viewers on a journey of both self discovery and danger.

THIS WORLD ALONE won several awards during its festival run in 2019 for best feature and screenplay. The story follows Sam, played by Belle Adams, a book obsessed girl in her late teens forced to leave the safety of her home to find life saving supplies for her friend.

Along the way she meets a young man on his own journey of discovery played by Lau’rie Roach. Together they must learn to survive this coming of age tale as nature reclaims the world we once knew.

THIS WORLD ALONE will initially be available on iTunes, Amazon Prime, and Fandango TV from 1091 Pictures on May 18th, keep your browser locked to Dread Central for a review. While the release date is still a couple weeks away fans can enjoy the trailer and the stills below in the meantime.
