But who is actually most likely to win the day? According to online oddsmakers Bovada, betting folks should back the reigning king of Skull Island! Kong is the favorite to win by -150 against Godzilla’s odds of +110.

How exactly to these odds work? According to Sports Betting Explained:

“When a money line is a positive number then the odds are the amount you would win if you were to bet $100 and were correct. … For example, a -200 money line means you would win $100 if you bet $200 and won. It is also equivalent to fractional odds of 1/2 and decimal odds of 1.5.”

To be clear, we here at Dread Central don’t advise anyone to gamble away their hard-earned cash. Besides, we’re talking about a work of fiction here, not an actual sporting event. Keep your dollars and buy yourself a ticket to see Godzilla vs Kong on March 31st!
