The bond between a man and his dog is a special one. One that cannot be broken. Sometimes, though? Shit happens, and when it happens to a psychopath, things can end up bloody, unflinching, and hysterically funny!

While in attendance at this past weekend’s San Diego Film Festival, we caught an early screening of Martin McDonagh’s highly anticipated Seven Psychopaths (review here), and all we can say is that we were blown away. The flick delivers on all counts and has more than enough chaos and serial killer mayhem in it to interest even the most jaded of horror fans.

Synopsis
A struggling screenwriter inadvertently becomes entangled in the Los Angeles criminal underworld after his oddball friends kidnap a gangster’s beloved Shih Tzu.
