FADE TO BLACK Hits Blu-ray for the First Time in November

Yesterday I caught word that Vinegar Syndrome’s November collection will include Fade to Black on Blu-ray for the first time. F*ck yeah. So I went looking for a pre-order. Couldn’t find one. Not sure what’s going on. But all the same, below you’ll find a Facebook post announcing the release – along with a new t-shirt. Sweet.

Written and directed by Vernon Zimmerman, it stars Dennis Christopher (IT), Eve Brent, Linda Kerridge, and Mickey Rourke and Peter Horton in minor roles. It tells the tale of a lonely movie-buff who struggles to find his place in the world. Then the rejection by a Marilyn Monroe lookalike, who embodies his obsession, sends him on a killing spree during which he transforms himself into classic film characters.
