Tig Notaro Replaces Super Creep Chris D’Elia in Netflix & Zack Snyder’s ARMY OF THE DEAD

After being accused of sexual misconduct with multiple underage girls, super-creep Chris D’Elia will be replaced with comedian Tig Notaro in Netflix and director Zack Snyder’s Army of the Dead.

It wrapped filming last year, so Snyder will reshoot using a “combination of techniques, from actually reshooting scenes opposite an acting partner to using green screen and CG technology to blend [Notaro] in.”

It is unclear when these reshoots will take place and when Netflix will unleash Army of the Dead, but hopefully, we’ll get some an update soon.

Stay tuned!

Army of the Dead is said to be a spiritual successor to Dawn of the Dead and centers on a group of mercenaries as they plot a heist on a Las Vegas casino during a zombie outbreak.

It stars Dave Bautista , Ella Purnell, Ana De La Reguera, Theo Rossi, Huma Qureshi, Omari Hardwick, Hiroyuki Sanada, Garret Dillahunt, Matthias Schweighöfer, Raúl Castillo, Nora Arnezeder, and Samantha Win.
