Writer-director Rob Zombie just teased over on Instagram that a limited edition Steelbook Blu-ray edition of his Firefly trilogy (House of 1000 Corpses, The Devil’s Rejects, 3 From Hell) is coming soon.
He writes: “Dig it! This is a little sneak peek at the limited edition Steelbook Blu-ray edition of the Firefly trilogy! I will give you info soon on where to pre-order this amazing item. COMING SOON! Get one before they sell out!“

The best entry in the series, The Devil’s Rejects, begins after a raid on the rural home of the psychopathic Firefly family, when two members of the clan, Otis and Baby, manage to flee the scene. Heading to a remote desert motel, the killers reunite with Baby’s father, Capt. Spaulding, who is equally demented and intent on maintaining their murder spree. While the trio continues to torment and kill various victims, the vengeful Sheriff Wydell lowly closes in on them.
Rated R for sadistic violence, strong sexual content, language, and drug use, the film sports a 54% approval rating over on Rotten Tomatoes with a Critics Consensus that reads: Zombie has improved as a filmmaker since “House of 1000 Corpses” and will please fans of the genre, but beware — the horror is nasty, relentless, and sadistic.
