Josh Boone’s THE NEW MUTANTS Unleashes Scary-Ass New Stills

Director Josh Boone’s X-Men horror movie The New Mutants has been delayed indefinitely due to a certain virus. But today, we have two killer new stills via Cinefax Magazine.
The first finds Anya Taylor-Joy fighting that Demon Bear in some kind of Hell and the second showcases the nightmare-inducing The Smiley Men, which are directly tied to Illyana’s past.

New Mutants is directed by Josh Boone and produced by Simon Kinberg, Karen Rosenfelt, and Lauren Shuler Donner from a script by Boone and Knate Lee based on the comic by Chris Claremont and Bob McLeod. It centers on five young mutants, just discovering their abilities while held in a facility against their will, who must fight to escape their sins and save themselves.

It stars Anya Taylor-Joy as Illyana Rasputin / Magik, Maisie Williams as Rahne Sinclair / Wolfsbane, Charlie Heaton as Sam Guthrie / Cannonball, Henry Zaga as Roberto da Costa / Sunspot, Blu Hunt as Danielle Moonstar / Mirage, Alice Braga as Cecilia Reyes, and (maybe) Jon Hamm.
