AFTER MIDNIGHT Hits Limited Edition VHS This Tuesday

Jeremy Gardner and Christian Stella’s After Midnight is the next flick to get the limited edition, fully-functional VHS treatment via Broke Horror Fan. The latest tape goes on sale this Tuesday, April 14, at 12pm EST/9am PST at Witter Entertainment. Pre-order HERE.
After Midnight arrives on VHS in a black clamshell case with artwork by Blair McCoy. It’s limited to 50 units. Each tape includes exclusive extras. For optimal VHS viewing, the film has been cropped from its original aspect ratio to 4:3 full frame. It is officially licensed from Cranked Up Films and has been approved by directors Jeremy Gardner and Christian Stella.

It centers on a small-time bar owner is stalked by a mysterious monster every night after his decade-long, blissful relationship with his girlfriend disintegrates abruptly (she leaves him without notice because of his stubborn unwillingness to commit to marriage).
The film sports an 83% approval rating over on Rotten Tomatoes with a Critics Consensus that reads: Part creature feature, part romance, After Midnight somehow manages to combine its disparate ingredients and come up with something special.

It’s directed by Gardner & Stella from a screenplay written by Gardner. Justin Benson & Aaron Moorhead produced with Arvind Harinath and David Lawson Jr. It stars Jeremy Gardner with Brea Grant, Henry Zebrowski, Justin Benson, Ashley Song, Nicola Masciotra, and Keith Arbuthnot.
