Rest in Peace: Rip Torn Has Passed Away At 88

It is with a heavy heart that we report the passing of actor Rip Torn, who has died at the age of 88. THR reports that the actor passed away peacefully in his home.
Torn had been acting the mid ’50s, generating nearly 200 credits to his name in his six decade career. For horror fans, we knew him from Men in Black, where he played Agent Zed. He was also known for appearing in 1972’s Slaughter, 1978’s medical thriller Coma, 1991’s Dolly Dearest, and 2003’s Love Objects, among many other titles.
We send our deepest condolences to his family and friends.
Rest in peace, Mr. Torn. Thank you for everything.
