Directed by Stefan Ruzowitzky (The Counterfeiters) from a screenplay by Mike Le, the movie was produced by Vincent Newman and executive produced by Glenn S. Gainor and Steve Norris. The film also stars Agyness Deyn (Clash of the Titans) and Clive Standen (Vikings).
Rated R for bloody violence, language, and some sexual content, Patient Zero debuts on Blu-ray and DVD from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment on October 23.
Synopsis:
In the pandemic thriller, PATIENT ZERO, humanity is battling intelligent, adrenaline-fueled creatures born from a viral super-strain. After being bitten, human survivor Morgan (Matt Smith) realizes he is asymptomatic and can communicate with the infected, leading the last survivors on a hunt for Patient Zero and a cure.
