E3 2018: New Platinum Games Title BABYLON’S FALL Announced

It’s already been a heck of an E3 this year, with some big announcements from some major developers. With all the news about Fallout 76, The Elder Scrolls 6, Gears of War 5, and other major franchises, it might have been easy to miss the Square Enix press conference. The 30-minute live stream didn’t actually have a physical showcase this year, meaning that you all got to watch it the same way I did. I almost didn’t tune in, but I’m glad I did.

Big news from Platinum Games this year, with the announcement of their new IP Babylon’s Fall. From the acclaimed game directors behind Bayonetta and Neir: Automata, not much is known about this cryptic title. From the looks of the trailer, it has something to do with religious imagery and energy whips. I’ll let the internet pick through the trailer for details. Knowing what we know about Platinum Games, this is going to be jam packed with action, monsters, and intense fun. Check out the trailer here, and I’ll be sure to let you know more when I do.
